Now my challenge and promise is that for each view I will do one round of sun salutations.
Maybe this is a mad idea, if things go as well as I hope they will that would mean that I might
be a very busy woman doing an awful lot of sun salutations..
Let's see. I will let you know how I get on. First things first: it is evening and I will go to sleep. But tomorrow morning I will begin those salutations... 41 is quite a steep number... I will report back.
